How do I Edit, View or Delete a Program?

From the Programs page, you will see all the programs.  To the right of each program is a trash bin and a green arrow icon.  To delete the program, click on the trash can to highlight it in red, then click on it again to delete.  To edit or view the program, click on the green arrow icon.
